The Junction at Cambridge is spilt over two venues, Junction 1 and Junction 2. Junction 1 caters for all types of music and is predominately a standing venue. The decor is best described as, rough and ready, but is suitable for the type of music played here. But this shouldn’t put you off and I’m happy to travel that distance to see bands that can not be catered for in my local area. Junction 2 is mainly for the more acoustic evenings with unallocated seating arrangement, though it flexible to allow standing downstairs when necessary, again worth considering making the journey.
